INSEE-prefix for Lunatic questionnaire ID #889DDI questionnaires have a
INSEE-prefix that comes from the current Eno Xml "Pogues to DDI" transformation.As a result, this prefixed was also in the generated Lunatic questionnaire.
Fixed this.
