Chocolate Descent v0.3-beta

Add chocolate settings option in the options menu. This will allow you to change Chocolate Descent settings in game. The config will be rewritten when closing now.

Fix bug with fullscreen mode putting the screen in a small box in the lower right corner of the screen.

also the zipfile doesn't say it was built in 2021 anymore.....
