Good stuff. Strikes me as a "why would we do this" style of pitch.
I wonder if it could make sense to just do the same slide set, translated and read by a different person in the various languages. This could be a nice, low effort way to provide a short pitch in their specific language and also some more diverse faces, easy contribution opportunities and inroads to the other materials for people that might be caught easier by material in their language than other languages. Also, possibly a nice welcome video for the LP section in the respective translated site version?
