Neither eslint-import-resolver-typescript or eslint-plugin-import support this release (yet?).

typescript-eslint: ESLint v9 Support - merged but no real 8.0 release yet
typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#8211

Upgrading eslint to ^9.4.0 and typescript-eslint to ^8.0.0-alpha.26 succeeds, but the import modules etc still fail.
