Attempting to fix the issue with SC_Email_Body_with_Known_Phishing_URL taking a long time to load.

Introduced a new setting called FETCH_REVISION_COUNT_LIMIT that will limit the number of revisions fetched on the Yara modal. Default to 25, but configurable via Setting.
Introduced a new "Revision View" so that revisions are not part of main Edit view.
Re-wrote the logic for how History is fetched when a Release is created.
