🎨 [Frontend] Plus Button: Support myMostUsed Services #7238

What do these changes do?

This PR brings yet another way to add items to the plus button: myMostUsed services.

If this option is enabled (very useful in the oSparc product, where the only option is "Empty Study"), the n most used services will be added.
