Improvements to tagging functionality

Describe the user role
I am a user who likes to tag my Studies. I want to tag a study with a tag that doesn't exist yet.

Describe the goal
I want to do that with the smallest number of clicks. Additionally, I'd like to have easier access to the tagging functionality.

Nice to have

• Avoid refreshing to see a new tag. To see the newly created tag, I have to refresh the page, which is inconvenient. Would it be possible to avoid that?
  If that's not possible, I'd at list like to see a message saying "Your tag has been added successfully, please refresh the page to start using it.", otherwise the user might think that the tag was not created

• Since it's not clear that the new tag has been created, I ended up creating two times the same tag. Maybe we should prevent that with an error message/warning.

Some suggestions

• Add a button to create new tags from this window:
  

• Add a tags tab on the left of the more options button of the study card, like it is in user preferences.
  

• Add a direct access to tagging in the three dots button on the study card (to show in the context menu between "Duplicate" and "More options..."
