As a user, I would like to be able to use the venting functionality of the PACE5000, but only allow it if the current pressure is less than 5 bar.

Acceptance criteria

  • Bar is enforced as a unit at IOC startup (this is ok according to IS)
  • the ability to change units is removed
  • a method of venting is added when the pressure RBV is less than 5 bar. if above 5 bar, venting cannot happen.
