INTER: Secondary Upgrade

As someone who uses INTER I want to be able to incorporate the upgraded items within IBEX

Acceptance Criteria

The following items can be used:

• INTER Beckhoff
  • Reflectometry: Adapt Bench Component for INTER vacuum tank #7648
  • Reflectometry: Update Pivot Position on PVs for Beckhoff Control [Timebox: 4 days] #7649
  • INTER: secondary upgrade motor extensions for inclinometer etc.  #7814
• TPG 500 (Extend TPG IOC to include the variations for the 500 series #7458)
• INTER: liveview enhancemets #7679 - They are content with the system as it stands on the whole, with some changes requested which are useful but not necessary

well, we've been able to move the real thing through IBEX on INTER, but there are still some things to do (most of which we're not in control of ie the inclinometer)

also tested:
diagnostic vars (current state, axis errors etc)
moving all real axes, and virtuals
pressing the "stop all motion" button
homing there isn't any, all on absolute encoders
