Script generator: Fix handling of action changes to set cell focus correctly #6593

As a user of the script generator, when I add a new action I would like the focus to be set on the actions first column and similar focusing for other action tables manipulations. This was broken in #5616.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Cell focus is set correctly

Changes so far have bought back another issue with setting the focus for global params. Need to have a bit more of a think about how to do this.
