The isSetterMethod() had wrong expression, which caused that no setter was found. So no check was done at all

The isSetterMethod() had wrong expression, which caused that no setter
was found. So no check was done at all!
Now when the test really checks the setters it fails because in the mean time the API stopped fitting to contract.
