BugFix: Fine Profile Initial Layer Height

• in fine profile for two fans, initial layer height and regular layer height were swapped.
• all good now.

In short,

• add Simplify3D Profiles (yay!)
• add Cura profiles for 10mm meltzone (=heatblock)
  • this is a legacy option. Original E3D Lite6 has a 10mm meltzone, while JellyBOX has switched to 20mm meltzone upgrade as a default. In most simple terms, you need to print at higher temperatures with the 10mm meltzone.

• improve slicing settings as enabled by the latest Cura version. faster prints, better surface finish.

Reorganize Profiles

to take care of different JellyBOX versions:

single vs dual fans variants

• there are two sets of coarse-medium-fine settings; one for '2fans' and one for '1fan' JB variants

heated bed vs cold bed

• there are two materials, PLA heatedbed and PLA coldbed
• each has different colors, so that in each case it's visually clear in Cura which one you're using.
