Updated the runtime to python-3.6.2 as python-2.7.10 is not supported anymore in the latest version of python_buildpack python_buildpack 10 true false python-buildpack-v1.5.22.zip

Was this tested to see that 3.6 still worked with the code that was in there? |

I did push the application after changing the runtime and it worked fine. |
