Add .iati-icon variant for left chevron
Simplify CSS for breadcrumb component, where the spacing was inconsistent between mobile version and wide version
Remove global spacing inside .iati-main, and allow natural margins from child components, as these vary, e.g. headings, paragraphs etc.
