Purpose
Fixes #2835. Similar to #2830, I added
utterances.htmltomodules/wowchemy/layouts/partials/comments. Also, everyconfig.yamlinstarters/<starter_name>/config/_default/params.yaml(exceptmarkdown-slides) was updated.Documentation
To enable utterances, the user needs to:
config.yamlwith assistance of utterances webpage.
