Bengali (Bangladesh, India) language pack

Purpose

Added translations in Bengali (বাংলা) for a Bengali (Bangladesh, India) language pack.

Documentation

For each id, the original translation in English is preserved as a comment. In some cases, one alternative Bengali translation is also provided.

For id: minute_read, an alternative translation is provided to cater for the two interpretations of the id. Only one translation should be used for id: minute_read depending on the intended meaning -- delete the other one.
