Maybe it gets further this way. EDIT: cedile and agda aren't very popular, so maybe we can disable them and hope someone fixes it later. |

Merging as-is to unblock Homebrew/brew#9209. These formulae are already not building so this doesn't make it any worse. Thanks @SMillerDev! |
