Creation of app users

Creating user can be accomplished via a Python shell:

python manage.py shell   
from django.contrib.auth.models import User  
user = User.objects.create_user('Alice', None,'Alice')  
user = User.objects.create_user('Bob', None,'Bob')  
user.save()
