This PR adds the option to focus the beam at arbitrary position
z_foc. Only implemented fix fixed-weight Gaussian beam, as it is the most useful in practice. For the rest, reformatting would be helpful anyway.Plot: Beam width vs. z position.
Blue: old implementation (focused at z=0), the line is just shifted in z by 2 cm.
