Add missing French translations (#975)

This Pull Request addresses issue #975 by completing the missing French translations in the fr.js file.

Changes made:

Added translations for all keys where the value was previously undefined.
Ensured translations are culturally appropriate and maintain the intended meaning of the original English text.
Verified the correct placement of placeholders (e.g., %strong%) to ensure proper formatting.
