Adding new AI4I Predidtive Maintenance (UC Irvine ML repository) dataset (binary classification). Expected performance metrics (accuracy):

Dataset: ai4i:default.
Baseline: train (96.61), test (96.60).
XGBoost: train (99.59), test (98.40).
Include a brief summary of the proposed changes.
