Unofficial fix for the crash that happens on 1.7.10 with Betweenlands and the latest versions of Optifine.
Basically 1.0.6 but fixed.
As i didn't get a reply when i asked for authorization, i publish it for now, i can remove it if it's deemed necessary.
Official license applies.
(PS: You can just use the 1.0.6 server version for servers)
