Luma version now doesnt display the last digit if it's 0, so 9.1.0 -> 9.1
Also fix the runtime if days > 0

Add Luma3DS version detection

Luma3DS version now gets displayed. I first tried to read mcu registers etc, just to find out that luma doesnt always update. Then I also found out that svcGetSustemInfo can grab exactly what I want. God damn
