What:
This PR exposes the combined inventory of the quantum chest via capability, removing the situation where it would previously only expose certain inventories depending on certain conditions. Closes #1086
Implementation Details:
I am unsure why the previous implementation had the restrictions on what was exposed via capability, so I am unsure if this is breaking anything.
Outcome:
Expose the combined Quantum Chest inventory via capability
