Fix various recipe and item issues

What

Our good lord of the shallots, YoungOnion himself has started a CEu run. I will be adding changes here according to his requests and bugs found

Outcome

Additions

• Add usage tooltip for basic tape
• Add crafting tooltip for facade covers
• Add more recipes for chains using wrought iron and steel
• Added (hard) 2 wool -> 1 carpet
• Hay bale -> wheat with knife, compressor, packer
• Hay bale -> wheat in forge hammer and packer
• Added hard compressing recipe for packed ice and blue ice
• Added hand sawing recipe for iron nuggets
• Added power requirement for dripstone and dripstone block recipes
• Add mineable with axe tag to wood crate and drum

Changes

• Made glass pane sawing a hard mode recipe only (inefficient compared to vanilla)
• Fix recipes for dark and light concrete
• Change brush to use stick instead of long stick
• Rename Bronze Brick Casing -> Bricked Bronze Casing
• Rename Steel Brick Casing -> Bricked Wrought Iron Casing

Removals

• Removed copper block (including waxed) -> copper ingot recipe in hard mode
• Removed recipes for dripstone block, end rod in hard mode
• Remove chest boat recipe in hard mode
