A description of the changes proposed in the Pull Request

This PR reorganizes the existing file structure for manifests from
examples/manifests

to manifests/examples, manifests/bugs and manifests/features.

Some of the older manifests have been removed.

In manifests/features I have added manifests that successfully execute individual features from our standard library.

In manifests/examples I have added manifests that execute pipelines of varying complexity, simulating real use cases

In manifests/bugs I have added manifests that fail for soem specific reason to be used as negative test cases.

Partially addresses #615
