A description of the changes proposed in the Pull Request

• remove deprecated teads-aws manifest
• delete cim manifest, there is another manifest demonstrating the plugin
• rename region into cloud/region and add missing params
• update the name of the e-net manifest
• update watt-time manifest to execute with free plan credentials
