Remove System Notification Events definition from list of exportable content pack entities

Expected Behavior

System notification event definition is not listed in the list of exportable content pack entities

Current Behavior

System notification event definition is listed in the list of exportable content pack entities and breaks content pack export if selected.

Possible Solution

Filter the event definition specifically or filter by entity scope

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Go to System > Content Packs > Create content pack
2. Select all Event Definitions
3. Click next
4. No entities should populate entity list
