Ajout d'un projet utilisant Siler.
C'est micro-framework qui propose uniquement des fonctions pour faire du Routing, rendu avec Twig, du GraphQL, et même du WebSocket.
Siler ne propose donc pas classes, d'objets, et n'impose pas de structure spéciale à suivre ; Tu fais ce que tu veux et comme tu veux, et je trouve cette approche vraiment intéressante !
Le projet n'est cependant pas terminé, je suis encore en train de travailler dessus.
