Per https://github.com/FeryET/pre-commit-rust it seems that the Rust pre-commit hook isn't compatible with pre-commit.ci. The pre-commit.ci page doesn't have much in the way of documentation or a place to ask for help.

Tomas, can you adjust the permissions for pre-commit.ci to "Only Select Repositories" and only select this one? Here's where I'd select that if adding for my own personal repos:
