Uses maturity.json with Hugo Data templates to generate infopanels, the whole maturity matrix.
The source of truth is in our non-public feature maturity matrix that exports the JSON (go/skaffold-maturity) that we manually have to copy to
docs/data/maturity.json.The maturity table is now simplified to only high level features, and it is also generated: http://34.94.43.151:1313/docs/references/deprecation/#skaffold-features
Infopanels are easily configurable in the top of the page and generate things like this just based on the
featureId:
