This PR adds a check for
window.performancebefore any reference of theperformancein the top-level execution stack of any of the main, exported functions. This will ensure that browsers that don't support theperformanceobject at all will not error when the methods are called.The PR also removes the usage of
Setgiven that Opera mini in extreme data saver mode doesn't support that either.
