Preview release

First release, working well and stable, but still missing many features

What it does

• handles HTTP/1.x GET HEAD and OPTIONS requests properly
• serves files
• handles dynamic keepalive clients dropout

Key missing missing features

• virtualhost handling
• HTTP/2 support
• TLS implementation
• Dynamic file cache
• Native linux fs AIO

I highly encourage anyone interested in the future of LEAR to point out other key features that I may consider implementing. Next release (0.2.0) is planned to be released at the end of february
