Check the latest updated Version 1.3.1 with already reported bugfixes

HB-Store CDN Server - closen beta pre-release
The first release for testing around on different platforms.
I could successfully test it on mac and can verify it's working - other platforms may have issues yet.

Updating the settings.ini and reading HB-Store logs are not implemented in this version.
This version does provide the basic server feature with all benefits.
