Several changes were made:

  • Support for Poetry was dropped and conda is now the primary package manager
  • Dockerfile was updated to use conda
  • Updated documentation to reflect these changes, some other minor modifications in repository documentation
  • Resolved issues related to some tests failing/giving warnings

Closing this PR as Poetry will not be dropped after all.
