We are currently using latest by default, we should be using latest-subsonic

The string latest was not in the code, so the issue simply wasn't there. The branch must be always specified if SUBSONIC_DOWNLOAD_PLUGIN is set to yes.
But with the occasion I am adding the configuration example for subsonic.
