Get iPlayer Automator 1.7.2

Update Growl to resolve issues with 2.1.3.
Improved AudioDescribed and Signed options.
Many under-the-hood improvements to allow easier code changes in the future.
Add additional download solutions.
Fix bugs with ITV format list being empty or having an empty entry.
Update iTunes 32-bit message for newer OS's.
Add timeout to info panel retrieval.
Remove previous info panel image if thumbnail retrieval is unsuccessful.
Various bug fixes.
