Expanded pre-commit to operate on most template files. Added selective ignores on particular problematic template files (most of which are ones with Jinja Tags or ones derived from FastAPI).
Deleted corrupted PNG files after removing Git LFS. Need to restore them.
Ran same hooks across most template files to format them in accordance with project standards.
This helps with having to deal with less pre-commit errors after rendering the template.
