This wasn't well specified or used for anything.
This also changes us to keep track of the names of imported modules rather than the files. This makes it possible to print a whole dependency tree, as we already have a way to get the filename and figerpreint of loaded modules
This should help with #1332

This PR add functionality to track the dependencies of loaded modules.
At the moment this can only be done at the REPL with the new
:module-infocommand.Python API support coming soon, hopefully.
This should help with #1332
