     Update Augustus from github with `git clone https://github.com/Gaius-Augustus/Augustus.git`. Do not use Augustus from other sources. BRAKER is highly dependent on an up-to-date Augustus. Augustus releases happen rather rarely, updates to the Augustus scripts folder occur rather frequently.
