Possibilty to update Linq v2->v3 because of Odata support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am not able to configure (update) to specific versions of Linq (v2 to v3). Its advance configuration feature that i need, because Mongo didnt support OData in the v2

Describe the solution you'd like
Check if we are able to do it via connection string, or if we have to extend the capability of Mongo DB to configure MongoClientSettings
