(Guidance 2022.2.1.14) Generated services do not contain IsInvokedByNSwag: only the Yarp service does

When generating a new solution with the Guidance, the Yarp host contains the IsInvokedByNSwag static method in Program.cs.

But when generating the other services, no such method is present. It should be present there as well, since it's actually more useful there.

Hi Vincent, In theory this is added when needed. For example when we add a database or an hangfire project. Need to test this. When I add a project from scratch I don't need this, I can generate the proxy with NSwag.
