Describe the solution you'd like

Add support to GET /v1/discovery-chain/%s name and POST /v1/discovery-chain/%s name https://developer.hashicorp.com/consul/api-docs/discovery-chain
The /discovery-chain endpoint returns the compiled discovery chain for a service.
This endpoint is supported in Golang client (1.9.17) https://github.com/hashicorp/consul/blob/release/1.9.17/api/discovery_chain.go
