Modified the Tex formula parser to read external symbols, fonts and metrics data. Made the formula parser an instance class. Adding the functionality of style dependent Greek letter rendering. ForNeVeR#59 delimeters can now be passed as \left\langle \frac27 \right\rangle.

Looks like we don't currently support some of common LaTeX delimiters [1]. We also have some uncommon delimiters, e.g.
\left{
that should be\left\{
and weird\left\
