There is no need for Spark.Engine to directly target net6.0 since we already target netstandard2.0.

Spark.*.Tests and Spar.Web now target net8.0. All necessary dependencies are upgraded to their .net8.0 version. Docker files have been modified to adhere to the default port changes done in ASP.NET Core 8.0. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/compatibility/containers/8.0/aspnet-port
