export SPOTIFY_AUTH_TOKEN is from https://developer.spotify.com/console/post-playlists/ where you generate a token that is user-read-recently-played, playlist-modify-public, and playlist-modify-private enabled

export SPOTIFY_USER_ID is from your spotify profile username on your account (random string)

Run Python3 createplaylist.py and follow prompts
