Fix Infinite recursion (StackOverflowError) when serializing a SOAP object. #766

I had to to rearrange slightly the OptionalHandlerFactory#findSerializer logic to use the DOMSerializer when handling a SOAP object to fix an infinite recursion.
Look at TestSOAP for a test case.

Ok looks good to me, will be happy to merge.

One practicality we do need however is to get a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) from:

https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson/blob/master/contributor-agreement.pdf

It's a simple one-page form, and needs to be filled, signed, scanned and emailed to info at fasterxml dot com.
Once we have that (it is needed for legal reasons, to ensure all users can re-distribute code, sources) it is enough for any and all Jackson contributions. So just one time hassle.
