The acmedns plugin among other builds are always failing at panic: internal error: can't find reason for requirement on github.com/google/[email protected]

It seems to be related to this go bug golang/go#55955, which was fixed 2 weeks ago.
Hopefully the fix will roll out to GitHub actions quickly.
