Replace connect four GIF with regular speed video

Description

Current GIF is very fast and distracting on the env page: https://pettingzoo.farama.org/main/environments/classic/, I re-recorded a video of a random rollout.

Future TODO would be to train intelligent bots with something like RLlib, but that can be a new PR and up to new contributors if they want.
