What the essence of the bug

As @angelomira noticed in #81, compatibility module is "true" by default (meaning, it is enabled in settings), while description states otherwise, there are the sources:

compatibility_module: true,

1: "If turned on, plugin on it's start would try to parse configs of it's past versions to new config with old data: may be unstable, turned off by default."
